Acral peeling cure
I am having acral peeling skin on my palm and foot. I don't have any allergies (that I know of), also it is not because of sterillium. Is 777 oil and psorolin ointment is recommended? Also I  have these small red dot of blood all over my palm. Sometimes they itch. Should I visit of a real dermatologist?

I feel you definitely are dealing with allergy. If you can share your pics online and take a personal consult will be very helpful to resolve your issue.
