Acrofacial vitiligo

I'm suffering from acrofacial vitiligo(centre of the lower lips) since 3 years. Taken multiple prescription and consultation. Around 10 months ago I quit all the medication because neither increasing nor decreasing. But now a days it seems to be increasing as I met with people they point me and ask about this. Asthetically and mentally fed up with it. Don't know what to do? Please suggest some path I shall be highly obliged for your kindness!

Hello! Some types of vitiligo can be very resistant to treatment and can be very embarrassing if present in cosmetic areas. I am not sure of what therapies you have taken for the same. But in resistant and stable vitiligo, vitiligo surgeries are done such as punch grafting ,blister grafting.
These surgeries give good results to patients.
