Active nodular-calcified NCC of (L) occi
I had 2 seizures in 2 months and both while sleeping... at night....here i went to a doctor he said to do mri & eeg & other tests... EEG & OTHER TESTS ARE NORMAL while CEMRI of the brain shows small solitary intracortical module showing low signal intensity on t1 t2/SW1 images is seen in (L) occipital lobe showing rim-enhancement on post-contrast images, where it elicits minimal peri-modular vasogenic oedema showing hyperintensity signal on t2 t2-flair images. Rest of the t test are normal.

looks like small brain infection like tuberculoma or neurocysticerosis
Next Steps
you need anti epileptic medication and treatment for above infection
