Acute anal fissure
I have acute final fissure since 3 weeks i consult with Doctor he prescribed fidonil and betadine cream zenocin antibiotics and suggested to do sitz daily 2 times my question can anal fissure will heal without surgery? Or surgery is mandatory for anal fissure

Yes, anal fissure can heal without surgery. But not always. Usually we start with conservative management - cream, sitz bath and things. If patient responds well, then okay. If not, then you have to undergo surgery.
