Acute Lower back pain
I woke up yesterday morning to severe lower back pain mainly concentrated on the spine. Thought a good night sleep could fix it, but the pain only increased substantially over the course of the day and I'm struggling to even sit or stand due to immense pain. This pain developed over yesterday night and I was perfectly fine the day before. Neither did I lift anything heavy nor do I have a history of back problems. I'm stunned over this sudden development, any help is appreciated.

Next Steps

Chiropractic Mobilization will help. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart

You should consult an Ortho to rule out the underlaying cause and a Physical therapist for pain management and strength training. Apply hot pack, do light back stretches and maintain a correct posture.
