  4. Acute pain in coccyx bone. Solution?

Acute pain in coccyx bone
I am suffering from coccydynia since last 2 years. But it's for very short time. The pain triggers at some point stays and goes away. Since last 3 days i have triggered it again unknowingly how. What should i do for permanent solution?
