Acute pain in front portion of shoulder
Acute pain in front portion of left shoulder. Pain increasing even while breathing in and moving from one side to other side while lying down. Recently went to physiotherapist for pa joint problem. He pressed heavily on the shoulder. There was no problem for 3 days. But now suffering a lot.

Most likely this problem is either Periarthritis of shoulder or Frozen shoulder. Get your sugar checked . Shoulder exercises in Physiotherapy along with a few days of Analgesics should be fine for you.
