This could be due to inflammation or increased pressure in eye
Having said that it is very difficult to comment without examining her

It might be due to some inflammation,infection or raisrd iop etc.
Please share a close up pic of her eyes with detailed information about pain and redness discharge itching and blurring of vision or consult an ophthalmologist nearby.
