Burning throat and tongue can be due to Candidiasis ,leukoplakia mostly have difficulty in having spicy foods ,cant judge without seeing the inta oral image please upload a photo .
Betadine mouthwash in luke warm water .

Its very rare that a decayed tooth causes specially recurring pharyngitis.
Tab vizylac twice a day
Tab limcee twice a day
Preferably betadine rinses 3-4 times a day if not then warm saline rinses 4-6 times a day

Burning sensation of throat/tongue and mouth itching can be associated with chronic
acidity(have food every 2 hours and Rx Tablet Rabium DSR, once a day before food) or tobacco smoking/chewing habit(if any, quit immediately) .
Poor maintenance of oral hygiene.
Brush 2 times/day,after food.
Drink water 2.5 litre/day.
T. Limcee, twice a day, after food for 15 days
Locally apply, hexigel ointment, 3-4 times/day,for 5 mins and rinse. Do not swallow saliva.
Avoid hot spicy hard food.
Decayed tooth can't cause phayngitis
Consult ENT for medication
Eat soft semi solid food like soups,daal ,khichdi
Don't do Gargles
