Pain may radiate to pharynx sometimes due to decayed tooth pain. no other symptoms can be associated with decayed tooth. Burning sensation of throat/tongue and mouth itching can be associated with chronic acidity(have food every 2 hours and Rx Tablet Rabium DSR, once a day before food) or tobacco smoking/chewing habit(if any,  quit immediately) . Poor maintenance of oral hygiene. Brush 2 times/day,after food. Drink water 2.5 litre/day. T. Limcee,  twice a day,  after food for 15 days Locally apply, hexigel ointment, 3-4 times/day,for 5 mins and rinse. Do not swallow saliva. Avoid hot spicy hard food.
Next Steps
visit dentist for clinical examination.
