Hi
I face extreme difficulty in concentrating, find it difficult to indulge in day to day conversations. I don’t feel like talking to people, or even saying a simple hi to people around which makes me worry about my career as things are all around people skills nowadays. I am absentminded and remain indulge in my thoughts all the time even when there are people around. Right from my childhood I had issues in handling exams. I doubt that I have ADD. Need counselling for the same.
I am an executive MBA student currently interning here in Gurgaon and will be here for another month.
For the records, I was in depression for almost last 3 years and was diagnosed with dysthymia and has been undergoing medication for the same. It is under control now.
