Adenomyosis
I have been diagnosed with mild focal fundal adenomyosis , can my conception chances be affected ? As I am already trying to concieve, can it get worse with time ? Or can other problems arise

Take Tablet Fertisure F for female partner and Tablet Fertisper for Male partner once every night for three months

Use I know kit for detection of ovulation and timed intercourses from day 10 of periods onwards. It can affect conception sometimes but you try for 6 months, incase dont conceive then tests will be done
