I think i got adhd. I can feel the problems. I can't focus in one or concentrate. I am losing myself.

You need to see a expertise in this field. Various symptom overlap in illnesses. When we search our symptom online it doesn't pop up question-: that do you have this symptom as well? Diagnosing illness is not just not making tick mark on what we have but to rule out what you don't have? Adult ADHD is diagnosed when retrospectively you had such symptoms in childhood.
