Advice on low fat gain
How do I make sure to not gain unnecessary fat during pregnancy so as to regain my normal figure back after delivery? When can gym begin again after delivery

You can eat healthy food..avoid oily stuff...after normal delivery you can begin excercises within 20days if you are comfortable...you can have a active Lifestyle during pregnancy as well... connect with me online for further details
