Advice re HepB injection & acupuncture
We have a practitioner who is currently having her HepB immunisations and has her 3rd injection scheduled for the beginning of January. We are trying to find out if she is ok to practice dry needling from this date, or does she need to wait until the results are in?

It is better to wait till march and evaluate her for Anti HBsAg titres. i.e. Evaluate for Anti HBs exactly after 2 months of the last shot of the vaccine.
Next Steps
If the titres are more than 1:10 or the absolute value of Anti HBs is > 10 then you can go ahead. If the value is < 10, that means immunization has failed and you need to repeat immunization.
