Advice related to UTI and low urine
Hi my mother's urine output has become very low for which she is taking dytor 10. Her serum creatinine is high and pusscells 20. For this the doctor had prescribed medicine MARTIFUR or NIFTAS. I want to check which medicine is better in terms of effect on kidneys. If she has renal problem the antibiotic should be mild and safe for kidney as far as possible. So for UTI which medicine is mild and safe for kidneys.

The dosage of nitrofurantoin has to be reduced only if there is severe renal dysfunction. What’s her present creatinine level?
