Hi Doctors ,
3-4 years ago one of the teeth started decaying and i ignored this as there was no pain , now almost 90% of the teeth is decayed , shall i uproot my tooth or go for RCT

Since 90%tooth is decayed it is best to get it extracted. Replace the teeth with either bridge or implant. Since you are just 24 yr old it is advisable to go for implant which will be long lasting option without beed for cutting adjacent teeth for support.

If 90% of tooth structure is lost, it's impossible to reconstruct that. However, consulting a dentist and getting a clinical evaluation is better.

Visit a dentist, get an X-ray done. The x-ray will guage the condition of your teeth and extent of the damage caused by the caries more precisely. Then let the dentist take the call on if the tooth should be saved or extracted.
