My son has been advised to wear specs due to following diagnosis.
Right - SPH +-, CYL -1.5. Axis 20, V/A 6/9
Left - SPH +-, CYL -2.0, Axis 150, V/A 6/9
Single Vision
My question - Is there any treatment or a therapy that will either lower or negate the need for wearing specs. I have purchased specs for him and since then he has been complaining of severe headache.
Thanks

There is no medicine or exercise to get rid of glasses.
Cylindrical glasses need some time for adjustment.but if the problem persists then have the second opinion.
