Advice upon mental health
I have previously been diagnosed with Substance Use Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, Manic Episodes, Bipolar Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder and Panic Attacks. I previously have received treatment since i was a child im now 26 i have been placed upon countless medications threw the years however currently im unable to afford the mental health services however is there anyway you could give me advice upon in what i could do at home?

Hello sir, I can understand the distress you are through. I would not suggest you to manage the illness at home. Mental or any medical problem requires treatment and cannot be a managed at home. If affordability is an issue, I would suggest to seek treatment from a govt Hospital where the treatment is at free of cost. Even the medications is provided ay free of cost. You can approach the nearby govt health facility.
