Advise for best hospital with treatment
PROSTATE CANCER: -
Can someone please advise/ suggest the later effects of radiotherapy treatment for prostate cancer as per the report attached. Doctors have advised to decide between Radiotherapy and surgical removal of the cancer. Which one is better in terms of healing time taken and relief. Has already gone through one small surgery 2 months earlier after which 8 -10kg of body weight have been lost. Need to take decision asap.

Please get an MRI to decide on local operability. What is the present PSA level? Please share the biopsy report.

Please go ahead with radiotherapy. To be specific go for IMRT or Arc therapy with cbct image guidance.
If you go for above technique will have minimal toxicity as compared to any treatment.
