Advise on MRI Report
Dear Dr,
My uncle is suffering tongue cancer from last 5 years. Treatment gave no efficient result. Doctors seemed hopeless, we are worry about his health , he feels alot pain. His recent MRI report is attached please give advise and guide for treatment.

It's metastatic disease. Treatment would be palliative chemotherapy or best supportive care depending on performance status.

Stage 4 cancer. Immunotherapy and targeted therapy will produce very good results in stage 4 cancer. Side effects also less. But cost is high

It is stage IV disease.. can be considered for palliative chemotherapy if patient s general condition is good..
