I have a habit of hair Pulling i usually pulls my hairs when i get stressed or alone will anyone help me to get rid of this habbit.

It is a symptom of Anxiety disorder with depression. U have to Note down what causes ur anxiety and and depression. Then each and every cause is to be solved.Thus ur anxiety also reduced and u learn how to deal with these problems in ur own. If u cant do this then consult psychologist offline or online and go through counselling sessions which dovthe same and u learn the process. Best wishes...
