Hi,
My AFI is 7-8 cm at 36 the week of pregnancy.
I have started taking gyargin 5mg twice a day n increased my water intake around 5L.
Is there anything to worry. My doc will see me again on Monday as she is out of station.

Just keep a track of your menstrual cycle and hv rest in left lateral position.
Nothing to worry that much ,but just be little more cautious.
Consult your gynaecologist when she s back

Nothing to worry continue the arginine sachet and water.Most important thing is the feeling of baby movement minimum 10 in 12 hours periods.Count daily either 9AM to 9 PM or 8AM to 8PM minimum twelve movements in the time period of 12 hours.
