After abortion next period cycle
Hi doc,
Last month, I underwent an abortion process at 6 weeks. It started with abortion pills, but due to incomplete abortion, I had to undergo a medical procedure. The medical process happened on the 3rd of April, and I took the pills on the 31st of March. I had unprotected sex with my husband one time, but he did not ejaculate any sperm. I was expecting my period by today.
As a precaution, can I do a pregnancy test at home? I have a 19-month-old baby and am not ready for another baby now. Does taking abortion pills cause a delay in the menstrual cycle? Please suggest.
