  3. After breastfeeding. Should leave as it?

Doctor, since last 2 weeks I have stop breastfeeding my 19 month old daughter. As soon as I stop within 2 days my breast starts to pain so with help of breast pump I removed but now also painting but not much like before. So whether I should squeeze and express milk out or I should leave as it???
