I have 2 month old baby ,me jb baby ko feed karati hu to feeding ke baad muje bhut pain hota bhut jyda nerves pain hota hai muje I cont control after 2-3hiurs muje relief hota,hot water se sikai karne ke baad bhi aram nhi ,muje bhut jyda pain hota specily jb me left side brest feeding karati hu to uske jyda pain hota hai.kindly suggest medicine .

Looks like breast engorgement. Make sure you completely empty the breast by feeding and then manually expressing the extra milk. U can apply hot pads and take Dolo 650 for pain. Show to nearby doctor if no relief.
