After c section problems
I had my 2nd c section before 7 months,baby is no more..now I HV a slightly pain in my back,neck n knee joints n also in my stitches. N one thing I want to ask that should I start yoga n some other heavy exercise for reduce belly fat??

Hello, Im very sorry for your loss. Hope you took iron and calcium supplemntation for 3 months atleast . You can start by going on regular walks first and slowly increase the intensity .As you have pain now , dont over exert . Make sure you eat healthy and take it slow with the excercise routine. Wshing you the best of health. tc

Get checked ur vitamin D levels nd  start having calcium nd vitamin D supplements
