After donated blood
Hi, I have donated blood for 1st time in my life. After 3 hrs of blood donate, i felt some fatigue, dizziness and moderate sweating for few minutes.. after taking rest i have been fine. Is this common or anything to worry? My age 30

You are 30 years old. Please tell how much was your Haemoglobin before you gave blood. Do you have any Blood pressure or heart problems.
