After effects of wearing dental braces
I was wearing dental braces till an a year ago. I wore retainers on and off. But now i feel like my teeth are again coming out. How can i resolve this? Also my teeth look too large after wearing dental braces. Is there a way to make it short?

Meet your concerned orthodontist for follow up. Retainers have a very important role against relapse. So, need to follow strict instructions  wrt the use of those too.

U should wear retainers regularly and in case of relapse kindly see your treating orthodontist as he/she should be knowing your full treatment history

Dear practo user, This could happen at this age that is in adult Ortho treatment, some relapse happen if we won't wear retainers seriously. Can do re-treatment.
