After laproscopy
I have undergone laproscopic ovarian dermoid cystectomy on 19july 2018. How how many weeks is it advisable to start working out again? (cardio and lifting weights)

Minimum one and half month you have to take rest means you should not lift the weight.Normal exercise especially walking you can do from starting initially 15 minutes then gradually increase to half an hour.
