After mensis again mensis is started
Hello
My mensis is started on dec20 to 24 then it will stop after few day I starts workouts .Then few days back I have mensis again with drops .Yesterday I have vomating with heavely due to food poision .What's the reason for it

Sometimes there is ovulation spotting in
Middle of cycle. If it repeats ,go to Doctor
and consult.
