Drear ,dont worry u can visit once rehabilitation center and learn the  things how to manage all those things nicely . Give small feeds frequently ,maintain hygiene ,position change two hrly if bed ridden ,change dipper frequently to avoid infection and bed sore. Communicate nicely ,care tender and gentle . If u are offered able then u can keep private nurse who WL  Take care of this . Once consult doctor  to have general health check up.

This is usually seen in people of her age and doesn't require any intervention or treatment but if these problems happened suddenly over the last few days then I'd advise you to take her to the ER at the earliest so that a few problems may be ruled out. You can give her a liquid diet of soups,juices, oats and cereals and can increase the consistency based on how she tolerates it, and give her small feeds at regular intervals than following a 3 meal system.
