My grandfather is 90 years old and he looks like 30 years , he dosent have any wrinkles , when comepared to my father my grandfather looks young than my father i thought he might be a ghost but he isnt and he dosent have any problems of health , he just sleeps 16 hours and only be awake for 6 to 8 hours a day what might the secret i have asked him many times even he dosent know y he is like that
