Aging skin
I am a 42 years old working woman living in Mahim, Mumbai having the following issues: 1. Dry uneven skin with spots and open pores even after applying Retino-A. 5% every alternate day since many years now. At times experience lots of itching as well. Occasionally apply Flutivate ointment for a few days if skin turns red with  itching which makes skin supple and spotless. Flutivate works wonders but since it's steroid, use it sparingly only when skin erupts into unevenness and spots badly. 2. Area around eye is dry with wrinkles. Nothing applied there. Except retino a, do not apply any other cream (except for occasional use of Flutivate ointment ) and no facials due to time constraint. My diet is more or less vegetarian with few eggs in a week. Exercise is not possible due to work hours. Kindly advice creams/lotions suitable for my skin. Thanks Vb

Please stop applying Flutivate immediately. Steroids should never be applied on face without medical advise. There are several good anti string creams that will give you a supple look. Retino A is a good molecule but makes the skin dry.
Next Steps
Use a nice face wash base with aloe Vera if you have dry skin Invest in a good night cream containing Hyaluronic acid and plant stem cells. Use of a sunscreen is a must on a daily basis Use a eye cream with high hydration quotient.
Health Tips
Drink plenty of water Moisturize ur face twice with a non chappy hydrating cream
