Agitation during car travel.
This question is for a psychologist . I have trouble traveling long distances in a car. I have a history of anxiety and panic attacks. I can travel for about 10 miles or so and there after...I start to feel apprehension and agitation. What is the heck is going on? Why can't u be normal and go places and do things like everyone else?

If there's been any history of accidents then this could happen but if there's no reason then you are believing everything that your mind tells you. There's no need to believe all  that. Just distract your mind and the rest of your journey will also be pleasant.
Next Steps
Please see a counselling psychologist for an evaluation and further course of action.
