My urine test shows albumin present(+). What does that mean doctor and how serious is it? Any treatment needed?

It is also required to mention other parameters of urinary examination like pus cell,WBC in urine. Mild proteinuria may be detected most commonly due to urinary tract infection Mild proteinuria may be transient or persistent. It may require more detailed evaluation if persistent,by a nephrologist
