Alcoholic abuse
My husband drinks thrice a week and they mostly end up in over drinking without eating.I am not able to get him to a doctor as he refuses he is a addict.

Addiction is a bring problem in many households. As mentioned, your husband appears to drink regularly and heavily as well. If possible, you could try to hold an intervention with the help of other family members, or friends he trusts. Also when he is not drinking then take out time to non judgementally about how his drinking affects you. There maybe a myriad of reasons why his drinking has escalated.
