Allergic reaction ???

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I’ve had splotches of little bumps and dry skin all over my abdomen/arms/chest/neck for the week or two. I’m prertt sure it’s due to a fragrance I used (which I haven’t been using). I was wondering what type of lotion or cream I should use to get rid of these bumps/splotches?
