Frequently getting cold cough sneezing and chest tightness. Suddenly to climatic changes and other environmental issues like dust pollen and due to other perfumes. Getting breathing problem while climbing stairs and could not able to walk so much distance. No wheezing sound. Ear blockage headache and nose blockage due to cold. Using medication like monticope tablet

This may be due to Allergy , hay fever .. along with tablets , u need to use proper nasal sprays and avoidance of specific things to be done

Hi please approach a pulmonologist for ur complaints. You may require basic work up for asthma. Avoiding allergens and exposure that trigger your symptoms may have to be done.
