I sneeze non stop every morning as soon as I get out of bed. What I can not understand is that why do I sneeze if I walk barefoot on a cold surface or if I let cool wind come into the home, specially in the morning or if I touch something cold. Isn't cold caused due to a virus? I have sinus or allergic rhinitis and I think I'm allergic to dust and maybe some pollen or food item but I am not aware of that. Plz help.

You seem to be suffering from allergic rhinitis which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays for few months. There is no permanent cure for this condition and physical exercises can be of some benefit
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
