Allergic rhinitis
My neice aged 8.5 years has has her adenoid s and tonsils removed because of allergic rhinitis.She still sneezes 30-40 times a day especially in the morning and suffers from blocked nose.Kindly advise.

Your niece might have to use a nasal spray Metaspray one puff twice daily and also L-Montus Kid once daily for a month.
She might be allergic dust and also some food . Do observe and avoid those things.
