His whole body skin has allergies grown on. They are prickling. He has ctz 10mg tablets, please suggest a dosage.

6 years give 10mg stat dose and continue 5mg once a day at night. Watch for difficulty in breathing or becoming lethargic. Don’t delay if symptoms don’t subside, go to a paediatric emergency care.

Is there any history of travel.
Is it the first time
Did he play with something...any history of insect bite
You can give syrup atarax to the child for a few days 4ml daily at bedtime.
And apply calamine lotion on body.
If it subsides in a day or two then continue the treat for another 3 days . If no improvement tgen please go to a paediatrician
