Allergy issues
I have been having allergic rhinitis since past 2 years, and was earlier prescribed with mometasone 120 md nasal spray along with aquasol a tablets.
Since the past week, I have been having running nose, allergic sneeze, severe pain in my maxillary and ethmoid sinuses, sores in my mouth, and referred ear pain. I also get black outs.
No dysphagia or hearing issues.

its evident from your symptoms that you have sinusitis. I’d advise Ct scan paranasal sinuses to know how severe your sinusitis is.
