Allergy-like colds
I have these colds that start out with a sore throat, then move into the sneezing, coughing, runny nose stage. I sometimes get the chills, and sometimes don't. My hypothesis is that my body is over reactive to colds and sickness (strong immune system?). Almost all of my mucus during this period is clear (with "some" yellow mucus), sneezing, and watery eyes (due to sneezing). Cold medicine always makes it worse. I usually end up taking anti-histamines to help. What's your thoughts on this?
