Allergy sneezing
I usually sneeze 10 times in the morning. It happens mostly when I go to different places. In other words, when the atmosphere changes, I sneeze 10 times in the mornings. It happens almost daily. Is it normal or am I suffering from some kind of critical health disease? Please explain and please give me tips on how to reduce it. Thank you.

You seem to be suffering from allergic rhinitis which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays. There is no permanent cure for this condition and physical exercises can be of some benefit
