Allergy to water or cold air in throat
I used to smoke badly One I got cough 3 year back and could be treated after a month so I stopped smoking forever but Since then I have a problem that When I take water or cold air it causes cough and blockage in my throat. It seems like some gel like material is blocking my throat. I got treatment in homeopathy for two months and allopathy for more than six months 3 times but problem still persist. I got checked my lungs but they were clear. Kindly help me. can it be throat Cancer in future.

You seem to be suffering from reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder. You may need to take anti reflux medications for few weeks for long term benefits. It is unlikely to be related to your smoking and cancer
