I have recently developed alopecia areata. How does it occur and how to control it. How to have regrow hair on the affected coin sized spot. The scalp is itchy and facinga alot of hair fall. Please recommend some action and medicines that can be taken.

So this patchy hairfall is areata alopecia and is an autoimmune disease. NO ONE can guarantee you a 100% result on this being frank.
Next Steps
you gotta take steroid injections, even oral, minoxidil, anthralin, etc depending on your fall condition. better would be to consult for a deeper sharing of your problems
