Greetings - I guess u are talking of alopecia areata in the beard area - this usually starts off as well circumscribed spots of baldness and is an autoimmune condition. This is treatable and controllable. You'll require multiple sessions of intra-lesional injections and regular use of creams and lotions till regrowth of hair is seen. See a qualified dermatologist near you. Caution: Make sure you see a qualified MD / DNB/ DVD dermatologist for all your skin and hair issues. Don’t be lured in by quacks. Know your treating doctor/ discourage quackery!Warm regards, Dr Govind Suresh Mittal. Bengaluru Warm regards, Dr Govind Suresh Mittal. Bengaluru
