Alopecia (beard area)

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Facing alopecia barbae from last few months. I have small patches on either side of chin. Started taking treatment few months by applying tacroz lotion and minoxidil 2%. As a result seeing tiny black and white hair growth here and there, not completely. Doctor suggested to take tircot injection, but I'm bit hesitant to take any kind injection. What to know, what the better option available to cure alopecia barbae?
