Family history, stress, excess shampoo use, no use of hair oil, excess intake of salt, papad, pickles, jams, fast food, inadequate sleep and lack of exercise are important factors for alopecia. In your case you can try ketoconazole 2% shampoo twice weekly. Madhavi oil, japakusum oil or darunak oil have excellent results. Supportive ayurvedic medicines can be taken with consultation.
