Alopecia repeated

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I had taken medication last time as well and it's the 5 yrs continously m loosing hairs in patches, every time I undergo a treatment,then that patch is filled but a new one generate at some other place, hair loss is in patches is creating tension for me now... Please advise wat can I do...
